If your sewing space feels a little cramped, this project might be the fix you didn’t know you needed. I know it was for me! I wanted a more compact ironing solution, something I could move around easily, use in any room in my house, and tuck away when I was done. So I grabbed an old TV tray, a bit of foil, some batting, and a pretty piece of fabric, and turned it into a portable ironing board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ll be honest, it might be a touch of overkill. But it works beautifully, and the size is just right. Bonus: it’s also the perfect spot for my cutting mat when I’m cutting out projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
